Two wavelengths, complete curing
The 30 LEDs emit at 365 and 405 nm. 405 nm handles most photoinitiators on the market; 365 nm catches the gels and bases that only polymerise at that wavelength. With both, you stop sorting products by lamp: they all cure.
30 LEDs spread through the whole dome
The number of diodes matters less than where they sit. Here they cover the ceiling of the dome and the walls too: the thumb and the little finger get the same dose as the three middle fingers. That is where lifting edges and three-day shrinkage are decided.
The aluminium heat sinks
Each LED module sits on an aluminium heat sink. The heat produced is drawn away instead of staying in the diode, which slows its loss of output. A lamp that runs cooler holds its intensity longer, and intensity is what makes gel last.

The sensor triggers as the hand goes in: nobody has to press a button mid-application. The timer offers 30, 60 and 99 seconds. The base comes off to let a foot or a whole hand through, and two USB ports charge a phone during the session.
Maintenance
- Wipe the dome and the base with a soft cloth and a compatible disinfectant.
- Never spray directly onto the LEDs: spray onto the cloth instead.
- Recharge the battery before it is fully empty, to protect its lifespan.
