Delivery – Ulka
At Ulka, we are committed to preparing and shipping your orders within 24 to 48 working hours, from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). This timeframe may be slightly extended during peak periods (promotion periods, collection launches, etc.).
Deliveries are made in France and internationally through our partners Colissimo and Chronopost.
Click & Collect – Pickup in Carbon-Blanc (France - 33)
You can pick up your order free of charge at our showroom located at:

Pickup Hours
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM / 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Express Click & Collect: order ready within 1 hour, Monday to Friday : 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM / 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Delivery with Colissimo
Colissimo – Pickup Point / Locker
- Estimated time: 24 to 48 hours in Metropolitan France
- Handover upon presentation of an identity document (at a partner store) or a code (in a locker)
- Withdrawal period: 10 calendar days
- Package tracking is the responsibility of the customer
Attention: In case of non-collection within the specified period, the package will be returned to the sender and the re-shipping costs will be at your expense.
Colissimo – Home Delivery with Signature
- France: 24 to 48 hours
- Europe: 2 to 4 working days
- Overseas Territories & Worldwide: 5 to 10 working days
- A secure withdrawal code will be sent to you on the day of delivery
- Without presenting this code, the package will be deposited at a pickup point or post office
Ulka cannot be held responsible for absence during delivery or non-use of the withdrawal code.
Delivery with Chronopost
Chronopost – Next Day Pickup Point before 1pm
- Delivery the next day before 1pm for orders placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday)
- Collection upon presentation of an identity document
- Withdrawal period: 7 working days
Chronopost – Next Day Home Delivery before 6pm
- Delivery the next day before 6pm for orders placed before 2pm
- Signature required upon package reception
Chronopost – Business Delivery Next Day before 1pm
- Reserved for businesses with an identifiable commercial address
- Delivery guaranteed the next day before 1pm
- Signature required upon reception
Chronopost Europe and Worldwide
- Europe Pickup Point: delivery within 2 to 6 working days depending on the country
- Europe Home Delivery: 1 to 3 working days depending on the destination
- Worldwide Delivery: 1 to 5 working days
- Package tracking is the responsibility of the customer
Pallet Delivery (from 30 kg)
For large orders:
- We will provide you with an estimate of the costs based on the total weight and destination
- Payment must be made by bank transfer after final validation of the amount
Free Shipping
Shipping is free for purchases over €150 for shipments to pickup points or lockers in the following countries:
- Metropolitan France
- Monaco
- Andorra
- Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, United Kingdom
Important Information and Responsibilities
- Parcels are shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays
- Collection by carriers is done daily at 12:00 PM
- Any order placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped the following business day
- Click & Collect and Chronopost orders are given priority
- Parcel tracking is the sole responsibility of the customer
- In case of absence or non-collection, Ulka cannot be held responsible
- Delivery times are indicative. Ulka cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers (strikes, bad weather, traffic issues, etc.)
Delivery Methods
Delivery can be made by:
- Direct delivery to the buyer
- Collection at a pick-up point
- At the address provided during the order
Claims
In case of missing or damaged products during transport:
- Make your reservations immediately on the delivery slip
- Confirm these reservations in writing within 3 calendar days
