The 10-second timer
This version adds a 10 second step to the usual 30, 60 and 99 s. That is flash-cure time, right after shaping, before you take the hand back for the next step. A short move, repeated dozens of times a day.
30 LEDs and two wavelengths
The diodes emit at 365 and 405 nm and sit in the dome as well as on the walls. Your gels, bases and top coats polymerise whatever their photoinitiator, and all five fingers get a comparable dose, thumb included.
A lamp built to stay on
The LED modules sit on aluminium heat sinks, which draw heat away instead of letting it build up. On a fixed station where the lamp runs continuously, that is what preserves output month after month. Automatic sensor, removable base, two USB ports for your client.
Maintenance
- Wipe the dome and the base at the end of the day, soft cloth and compatible disinfectant.
- Spray onto the cloth, never onto the LEDs or into the vents.
- Check from time to time that the power cable is neither pinched nor stretched.
